Two shipping methods are available for orders in our store.(Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.)

We provide standard transportation and expedited transportation. Different countries and different weight segments have different logistics fees and transportation time. You can view specific shipping charges on the product page or at the checkout page.
Ship to available Countries include: United States (Please contact customer service before placing an order on islands other than the US mainland), Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom,Jersey, Colombia.
Countries or regions not mentioned above are temporarily undeliverable.
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. The transportation may take 5-12 or 7-15 business days and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics.(Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the shipping company. Usually the parcel will delivery within 30 days.) Free shipping on orders over $79 and can't be combined with any other discount & tax.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
Customs & Import Tax
Taxes & Duties will not be included in the final amount of your order upon checkout. Myskyonline is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items.
Questions:
1.If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?
If the items are detained by Customs after the ship left the seller's country, the buyer is requested to deal with it.
2.If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?
It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal at the checkout page.
